Work with me

Art project consulting · $50 an hour
Have an idea for a show, a grant application in progress, or a space you’d like to fill with art? I can help you work through the details and decide what to do next.

I’m a painter and the founder of Ingleside Gallery. My experience includes organizing exhibitions in neighborhood businesses, working with artists and venue partners, and coordinating the practical work around a show. I’ve also worked on exhibitions and partnerships through ArtSpan and developed my own grant-supported project, Unsung SF.

I offer individual sessions for artists, community groups, businesses, and arts organizations.

What we can work on

Shape an art project

Turn an early idea into a manageable scope, budget, and timeline. We can work through what the project needs, what you can realistically take on, and where to begin.

Plan an exhibition or pop-up

Work through venue needs, artist communication, installation, schedules, and the responsibilities that need to be agreed before a show opens.

Review a grant draft

Look at how clearly your proposal explains the idea, whether the budget and schedule support it, and how it responds to the application requirements. Bring the guidelines and your draft so we can work through them together. My feedback comes from developing my own applications and working on art projects. Funding decisions remain with the grantmaker, and a review cannot guarantee an award.

Bring art into your business

Think through what hosting local artists would involve, including the space, the exhibition format, and how responsibilities would be shared between the business and the artists.

How it works

Tell me a little about your project and the question you want help with. We’ll agree on a focus before arranging a session.

One hour is $50. If your project needs advance document review or work beyond the session, we’ll agree on the time and cost first.
