I paint the moments most people walk past. The light hitting a hill just right, a quiet street at golden hour, the glow of a corner store at night. My work is rooted in San Francisco but speaks to anyone who has ever felt something beautiful hiding in their everyday surroundings.

ABOUT

Born in Mumbai, based in San Francisco. Shrey Purohit is an oil painter, curator, and arts organizer. His urban landscapes explore memory, movement, and belonging through the interplay of light and cinematic framing.

 

He is the founder of Ingleside Gallery, Exhibitions & Partnerships Manager at ArtSpan and Program Assistant at the Svane Family Foundation.
